Organis\u00e9 par International IDEA, #Global_Democracy_Coalition<\/a><\/span> et la Mission Permanente de Costa Rica aux Nations Unies, ce panel avait pour #Speakers<\/a><\/span>: Mme Marita Chan, Ambassadeur de Costa Rica, Mme \u00c9milia Saiz Carrancedo, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de United Cities & local governments, M. John Romano, Directeur de TAP Network et Mme Regina Waugh, Senior Global Advisor \u00e0 IFES. <\/div><\/div>
Il a parl\u00e9 des multiples crises que connaissent le #Mali<\/a><\/span> et la r\u00e9gion du #Sahel<\/a><\/span> avec plus de 6 renversements des r\u00e9gimes d\u00e9mocratiques ces 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server les valeurs durement acquises par les populations et qui sont entre autres: la justice sociale, les libert\u00e9s individuelles, le respect des institutions de la r\u00e9publique, des droits humains et le droit \u00e0 l\u2019information. <\/div><\/div>
